AMSTERDAM, January 22, 2026 – In recognition of the International Day of Education on January 24, Stellantis affirms its global commitment to education. Over the past two years, the Company has co-developed over 130 education projects, which are expected to benefit more than 2 million students, teachers, and community members worldwide by the end of 2026. This progress is made possible through collaboration with local, regional, and international non-governmental organization (NGO) partners whose expertise and deep understanding of community needs guide Stellantis Philanthropy’s actions.

Rooted in local needs, Stellantis Philanthropy partners with more than 100 nonprofit organizations worldwide and mobilizes employees to co-design education programs that expand access and improve outcomes for students. A focused model, centered on long-term priorities, community-driven ideas, and disaster relief, ensures initiatives remain relevant, measurable and closely connected to the communities where the Company operates.

To support this work globally, Stellantis Philanthropy brings together Stellantis Motor Citizens and Stellantis Student Awards under a unified global approach to community engagement.

“Education is one of the most powerful tools with which we support the communities where we operate,” said Stellantis Chairman John Elkann. “By working with our partners and employees, we are actively expanding learning opportunities for young people, with a focus on science, technology, engineering and math.”

“Bringing our actions together under Stellantis Philanthropy reinforces our commitment to education and bettering our communities,” said Xavier Chéreau, Chief Human Resources and Sustainability Officer. “We are grateful to work with partners who have deep, local roots, and we remain dedicated to supporting students as they develop the skills and confidence needed to shape their futures.”

The scale of this impact across the Regions is outlined below.

North America
More than 30 projects across the United States, Canada, and Mexico, focusing on literacy, STEM education, digital upskilling, and support for school‑age children, aim to reach 1 million people in 2026.

Enlarged Europe
Across nine countries, over 50 initiatives aim to reach more than 800,000 people. Projects address school inclusion, STEM engagement, environmental education, digital and vocational skills, and autism‑inclusive learning environments.

South America
In Argentina and Brazil, over 10 programs aim to support 250,000 students in 2026. Efforts strengthen school retention, offer job‑training pathways, encourage STEM interest, improve school performance, and support STEM teachers.

Middle East & Africa
More than 10 initiatives across Algeria, Egypt, Morocco and South Africa expected to reach over 2,600 learners, focusing on girls’ education, digital and entrepreneurial skills, technical training, and technology access in rural areas.

India & Asia Pacific
In India and Malaysia, 10+ projects aim to support 190,000 beneficiaries in 2026 through advanced vocational training, school‑based STEM programs, road‑safety education, and environmental and STEM-learning pathways.

Motor Citizens: Global Volunteerism
Motor Citizens, Stellantis’ global volunteer program, encourages employees to contribute to their communities in practical and meaningful ways. Since its global launch in 2021, participation has continued to grow as more countries and teams join the program, supported by closer collaboration with local organizations. In 2025, a more than 25% increase in both hours and number of volunteers has been registered.

Stellantis Student Awards: Celebrating Excellence
The Stellantis Student Awards program supports the academic journeys of students in Stellantis families around the world. In 2025, more than 800 students received recognition for their achievements, an increase of over 25% compared to 2024. Since 1996, nearly 17,000 students have been honored — a reflection of Stellantis’ longstanding appreciation for continuous learning.
