Following the recent opening of its brand-new facility in Alcoa, Tennessee, and the official launch of Milltek Corp at the SEMA Show, Milltek Sport has announced a series of performance exhaust systems for homegrown American domestic market models.

The new premium performance exhausts are available for the Jeep Gladiator 3.6L V6, Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat, Ram 1500 (Gen 5) 5.7 Hemi V8 and the Ram TRX 6.2 Supercharged. The first-to-market system for the Jeep Gladiator 3.6L V6 kicked off the series, which will be completed with the imminent launch of an exhaust for the Ford Bronco. All systems are available from USA stockists.

The systems complement those already offered by the long-established aftertreatment expert, with exhausts already available for the Mustang S550 2.3l Ecoboost and 5.0 V8 models and the Ford Raptor 3.5L V6 Ecoboost.

As with all Milltek Sport products, the new exhausts are developed and manufactured entirely in-house. Each is a direct and lighter replacement for the original factory system, offering significant improvements in terms of acoustics, performance, aesthetics and driving dynamics without compromising emissions compliance. For optimum longevity and quality, each is constructed from exceptionally durable T304L ‘aircraft grade’ stainless steel.

The development of the latest exhausts reaffirms the commitment of Milltek Sport and Milltek Corp to the USA aftermarket tuning industry. The business views the USA and its many automotive enthusiasts as core to its ambitious expansion plans, with it set to build on its initial $2.5-million investment with the planned installation of an on-site manufacturing and R&D facility within the next 12-18 months.

Through Milltek Corp, the company will build on two decades of sales growth within the North American market, allowing it to support its existing USA dealership network and welcome more new specialist distribution partners to its portfolio.

The new Alcoa facility was selected with the help of the State of Tennessee and Blount Country Economic Development, situated in a prominent and accessible position for courier networks, and close to east coast ports for inbound sea freight. The company says it will create over 35 jobs at the facility over the next three years, with up to 10 new members of the team joining in year one.
