Enhanced footprint supports customer growth, with mobile servicing set to bolster aftersales support across key regions

London, 28 July 2025 – INEOS Automotive is accelerating the evolution of its UK retail and servicing network with a series of strategic partner appointments and site expansions aimed at enhancing customer access and support nationwide. Following a shift from an agency sales model to a more traditional franchise dealer network, the brand is now restructuring its operations to better serve its growing customer base and meet rising demand for the Grenadier 4X4.

The move is part of INEOS’ long-term strategy to strengthen its footprint in high-demand regions while simultaneously expanding the reach and capability of its existing partners. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and accessibility, the brand is also preparing to introduce mobile service providers to bridge the gap in areas temporarily underserved due to the ongoing transition.

“While the network evolves and we continue to introduce new partners over the coming months, we will support both new and existing customers by extending the remits of our existing sites and adding mobile service support where required,” said Tom Johnson, Regional Director, UK & Ireland at INEOS Automotive. “It’s great to see our core partners expanding their operations so we can continue to foster and develop our growing customer community.”

New Partners and Expanded Operations

Leading the latest round of network updates is Keith Gotts, a respected 4X4 specialist based in Alton, Hampshire, who joins the INEOS aftersales network to bolster servicing capacity in a key high-demand region. Known for his technical expertise and longstanding industry presence, Gotts adds further depth to INEOS’ growing support capabilities.

In the North West, established INEOS retailer Halliwell Jones is expanding beyond its Chester base with the opening of a new service point in Wilmslow, reinforcing the brand’s commitment to reliable and convenient aftersales care.

Meanwhile, in the North East, Lloyd Motor Group is deepening its partnership with INEOS to become the brand’s official retailer for Newcastle and surrounding areas. The group will operate out of its existing Lloyd Select showroom in Newcastle, offering test drives, vehicle servicing, and a wide selection of new and approved used Grenadier 4X4s. In a significant investment move, Lloyd Motor Group is also developing two new sites in Carlisle under its 4X4-centric Lloyd AllRoad brand.

One of these new locations is strategically placed near an agricultural auction facility, reflecting INEOS’ continued alignment with rural, farming, and utility vehicle customers. Together, these developments will offer customers in the North East expert product knowledge, flexible finance solutions, and comprehensive aftersales support.

A Customer-First Philosophy

INEOS’ transition to a franchise dealer model has enabled the brand to streamline the sales journey, accelerate vehicle deliveries, and offer more flexible finance and trade-in options. This customer-first approach, coupled with the introduction of mobile servicing and a growing approved used vehicle programme, marks a new phase in the brand’s UK growth strategy.

As additional sites are confirmed in the coming months, INEOS Automotive is staying true to its original ethos — delivering rugged, reliable 4X4s backed by knowledgeable teams and a support network designed around the needs of real-world drivers.

With the Grenadier gaining traction among adventurers, fleet buyers, and working professionals alike, this next stage of network development positions INEOS to meet the evolving needs of its expanding UK customer base.
