The Ferrari North Europe Apprentice programme is designed for ambitious individuals who have achieved at least five GCSEs and aspire to begin a career at an Official Ferrari Dealer. Apprenticeships are offered across several key roles: Light Vehicle Technician, Service Advisor, and Parts Advisor. Each apprentice receives full-time employment at a Ferrari dealership, combining hands-on, on-the-job training under the guidance of Ferrari Master Technicians with structured classroom and practical sessions at Ferrari’s Technical Training Centre in Berkshire.

Upon successful completion of the programme, apprentices are offered full-time positions at their local Ferrari dealerships. The scheme has become the definitive route into Ferrari, with many graduates progressing to senior positions within the business, including Workshop Manager, Service Manager, and Sales Executive.
“Ferrari’s commitment to nurturing talent ensures that our teams continue to deliver the exceptional service and technical expertise our clients expect,” said a spokesperson for Ferrari North Europe. “These six graduates represent the future of Ferrari in the UK, and we are proud to celebrate their accomplishments at such a prestigious event.”
